I just finished the Quest Fate´s Whisper, but when i turned in my B-Grade Weapon to finish it, it resets to the beginning and all my quest progress was resetted. All i got now is my Top-Grade B DualSword and the Quest at the Beginning. For the prove here are the screenshots:

As you can see i had the Meastro Mold and then it vanished and i started fron the beginning.
I hope you can help or at least fix this problem so no other will have this problem again.
