Τhis is totally banable in other servers. Gracia and ship are considered "peace zones". If it's not banable it certainly a kind of bug.
It would be a good example to learn how is is treated by Vanir. I am curious.

sorry but i have to admit Hot is wrong.. its not about a bug its about l2 client of freya.. you see gracia area is peace zone but ship is not for more info to whoever wants to get it he can really easy visit this site and see http://www.ign.com/wikis/lineage-ii/Gracia_Continent:_Travel_To_&_From

Maybe it is a matter of chronicle, I know for a fact that it is a peace zone from my experience in other servers. I will just wait to be confirmed or rejected by a gamemaster, if you don't mind my saying so.

I've read aswell in the forums of lineage2.com that Ship is PVP zone but you can't use skills.

So, Sekai, do you mind answering as to why Nukers and Healers/Buffers can't use skills on the ship? How are they supposed to defend themselves in a non peace zone? And don't tell me that it's a party area so why would a buffer/healer/nuker would go there alone, because this is not a responsible answer in my opinion. Every char could miss ship even if in party and reach there alone.

no problem sekai.... also its not even from server to server,... the exeption is the gms or admin to make it peace zone not to be like this from ncsoft the client...the original client of ncsoft is like i just said to you....
Also hot for your question this is a usefull example for you... do you imagine one mage on the ship to be a ble to make skills.. so what happens if he uses fear and the other char starts to run on the ship with result he to stuck somewhere between gracia and normal world of lineage.... wouldnt be a bug? fear is only an example many more skills could be used from mages and have the same result

@Hot You won't go solo to gracia, usually you go with a clan party, and I don't know why you can't use skills in the boat, maybe there's something that don't allow it, as you can see even in the official server you can't use skills. http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=201318
@Imm0rtal We could make it peace zone... probably but we want to keep every detail as retail as possible, so as you say if mages can't use skills it's because they might fear players and stuck them or make them jump out the ship somehow, who knows!
