Badges on territory wars work here in Vanir? I was thinking to earn the nobless via badges.

Yes its working and you can get like almost 70 badge at 1 TW just by killing 5 different char

You mean 70 budges killing 5 of the same kind (enchanter, rogue, warrior, warsmith, healer, summoner, mage).
So, is it legal use an alliance clan to earn them?

I have a question/suggestion: Can we get option to exchange territory badges between towns? Its very hard to get badges from some cities, due to abandonment

I dont think it can be possible to exchange since TW means that towns between them inside a war, war towns cant exchange anything :)
You can get over 60 just by killing chars, also more with killing catapults and dont let your catapult destroyed

In case that two clans own all classes in parties, there is no reason to pick the fortress. Just put flags side by side (300 cry + 300 cry), start to kill each other and follow the onboard combat messages. After each kill, the player returns to the flag, means nearby. The flags can be summoned outside the fortress, example - near a wall outside.
I used to register for badges in Goddard territory. I don't remember why, I've got the sense that this territory manager owns better list, for those who are already noblesses and want to spend their badges for other prizes.

i nobled and subbed 28 chars this way on vanir. Yes you can use alliance clannies, just get the different clans to sign for different towns. All that matters in a TW is different town signing. I found Aden badges to be the best. I got average of 50 per char per TW on all my 28 chars doing this.
