Hello,
I am new to your server and made a Phantom Summoner. The Dicing Death ability of the Spectral Lord should be able to cause over-hit, however it does not.
I would greatly appreciate if you could fix this as it is the main summon for Spectral Masters.

Edit: It seems to work for some people.
