Ok players, I've had a few ideas for donations but I'd like to get a feel for player opinions before anything is or isn't done. It's no secret that private servers run on the money they make, and we currently aren't making any. For the last few months we've been operating at a loss. And before you think I'm doing this for my own pockets, I'd like to remind you all that I don't get paid for anything I do here. I do it because Ignis is a good friend of mine.
I would like to add an elite NPC buff option to our buffer, offering buffs that normally aren't offered for regular adena. Keep in mind we will never add these buffs to the regular buffer. This list will not include buffs obtained from Olympiad. The buffs I would like to add are as follows:
Chant of Victory
Prophecy of Water
Song of champion
Song of renewal
Song of elemental
Dance of siren
Dance of shadows
Dance of alignment
Resist shock
Improved magic
Improved shield
Improved critical
Improved movement
Improved combat
Improved condition
These buffs would be offered for 100 GA a piece, so realistically the smallest donation would give you more than enough buff time to level your own additional buffers with GA left to spare.
Another idea I liked was adding the option for fame from the donations manager. Ratio would be decided when and if the idea was voted for in a positive manner.
