Ther is a rule for not killing peps on certain raids whitch is:
While PVP and PKing are always a part of Lineage2, griefing players or preventing any player from enjoying regular game play with multiple PKing, mob KSing, or other harassments will result in jail time. These times will be decided upon depending on the level of harassment.
Ther is nothing about wars and should never be on my opinion because if one of the players need barakiel for ex he can leave the clan for that raid and will be much easyer for him to complete the quest whitout a clan.
But u chose to ban all pvp actions (ther is no rule about war's on forum) in that area whitch is stupid.
One of gm's put me in jail for 24 hours for killing a war target whitch is funny how some people are thinking and makeing rules when they want.
By the way for barakiel you should make a rule that anyone is waiting should be in party so every one get the quest!

you are forgetting one mayor thing, which is the fact , that when u play on a server you OBEY it's rules, not make up your own. IF you do not like the rules, why did u ever even started here?
secondly .... another rule of the server and of human conduct also is that you are not allowed to offend the staff. The GM has the ultimate power on a server and how can you offend him or her by saying he or she is stupid? I was there so i know what u said ... you were openly disrespectful towards the server rules as well as to Sekai himself. If this was a server i GMed on, you would get your sorry ass banned with all accounts per IP logged faster than you could typed 2 sentences in that tone ... feel lucky Sekai let u off with a jail sentence ... i can't imagine why you do not see how lucky you were!
3rd ... i really don't understand where do u ppl get all that hatered that is going on? are you brainless or mentally handicapped? 4th ... if u stamble upon me at barakiel or any other place needed, i would take u to the killing party without any problem at all. but that is me .. i am sure u do not get it inside your small-minded brain, seeing your reaction and attitude, but i CAN distinguish between right and wrong and what's sensible also!
5th ... before u start spamming and smearing shit on things, be sure you are right. read the server rules and know what u are and are not allowed to do. and for sure do not offend ppl that give you a place to spend time on and have fun. they invest a lot of time in settings the server up, keeping it going, paying for yourself and others. you should say "thank you" instead of being offending and rude.

Well I would still invite an enemy to barakiel party if im killing it. Also I wouldnt kill them while killing RB's (cmon thats worse than backstab). Moreover, Afk ppl that are camping certain RB's (TOI 3, 8, and 11, plus barakiel) should be off limits. I do even buff some enemy clan guys from time to time, if they are nice enough to ask. Unfortunately, there are ppl who just dont give a shit about ethics or are simply not social. Like Axi said, this is a game, it should bring fun, but its turning to a something undesireable at the moment.

PKing or denying any player from completing Fate's Whisper or Noblesse quest by PKing them at the bosses Hallate, Kernon, Golkonda and Barakiel will result in jail time. If the player is a repeater offender it might end with a permanent suspension of the account.
That's the 3rd rule of the server u started to play on. So u are blind, cannot read or your IQ doesn't let u understand what the hell is going on. I know the answer, do u ?

So, if you're a player that likes to ruin other player's experience, you aren't welcomed here. This doesn't mean that you can't PK or PVP, but you shouldn't ABUSE on that. By abusing I mean killing the same player over and over, camping and not letting him progress.
Same goes for Noblesse class if you kill someone that is waiting there and Barakiel spawns he will probably lose it. That means if he has been waiting 24h all the waiting will be worthless because some guy wanted a war point and some shitty drops.
Also, I don't care anymore about you breaking that rule. The worst thing is insulting me, the server and the work we have put into the server.
And about your PMs I have jailed you again 48h, next offense will end with a ban, so if I were you I would just ignore what happened and follow the rules further on.
