As all of the ppl know, we are living in european union, english language is the most important to communicate. Let's talk about change rules about all of chats...hero, shout, trade and other...
For all of us, the best in english...so maybe change all of rules about chats to only english...no greek/spanish/polish/mongol...?
For all of old and new players that are joining server, better would be to see english on all of chats, not spanish/greek...
Think about this...
The server's main language is English, that's why the website is in English, so we make the !shout limited to English but +Trade can be used for any other language, we have a big amount of Greek, Czech and Spanish players that use +Trade to comunicate.
I don't think it's a good idea to change the rules regarding the comunication and the chat regulation but I'm open to listen to more player's opinion.

Normally, al of chats must be in english. If somebody want to talk in their national language, just use clan/pm. Trade chat for talking in all of languages? Hmm..for what is trade chat? For talking bullsh1t or for trade?
We've set +Trade chat for any language, so people who can't write in English can still have a place to talk freely in their native language.
Anyways, if it annoys you to read the +Trade chat, you can always deactivate it throught the "hammer" icon at the bottom left corner of the chat window.

Sekai, i like you, but now if i see what ur writing, I think you need to think you won't even want to discuss about this. Everything is done, same as hero chat...I don't care what nationality playrs we have. Just make the rules that will stand...not saying all time Global chat is for english use.
ALL OF THE CHATS ARE FOR ENGLISH! IF YOU WANT TO MAKE SERVER FOR SPANISH AND OTHER NATIONS, JUST SEPARATE PPL...OR CHANGE THE RULES ON MAIN VANIR SERVER.
We won't make a server for each nationality. I already said my thoughts and the rules about the language won't change unless the majority of the server agrees to change it.

Don't mess the things up, the server is for everybody, none is more than another (except for English, obviously). As the matter of fact I do not mind at all if someone spams trade chat or any other using the languages I don't know, but I do understand why some would not like it. If you for some reason don't want other languages in trade(+) chat, simply disable the chat itself (chat options button). The trades are anyways made in shout :p
As for other languages in spam, well we do have moderators and gm to look after it and I am personally more than satisfied with the work they do there.
Separating the servers would make our not overcrowded community even thinner which would definitely be not a wise decision. Reporting those guys to the gm/mederatori is the best thing you can do to make the shout chat more english :D

qPanic nice try, no. Global is for english, the rest chats hero/trade/tw are for all the languages, take it or change server.
As you mentioned, server is in the european union, and all member states languages are official languages.
