Isle of prayer freeze

Hi i want to report some kind of bug. I level up a lot in isle of prayer, where all the mobs throw a debuff called illness. This debuff causes the screen to look like an earthquake. Well when there are running events by the gm's and some mob throws illness on you, you get freezed, and you need to relog to move again. It only happens when are running events, please try to fix it because it's so frustrating trying to lvl up and get killed this way. Thanks
