I was wondering if we could possibly add a 4th hot bar? It would not kill the server. I believe it would not piss anyone off. I think it would be positive.

4th hot bar would be nice for sure!
The cloaks from Zaken,Freya and Tezza aswel!
Diferent rates for atr stones and crystals would be great.Instead 50%/30% i suggest 66%/50%!
I know most of the ppl here hate H5,even me after a year in Vanir start liking Freya more,but there are many things in H5 wich are better(and many more wich are worst) Still there is dwarf skill from H5 inplanted here! And if can be done with one skill could be done with other updates from H5!
I belive(if its posiblle) that a symbiosis between clasic Freya and the good stuff from H5 will make this server much more interesting to play in and may even increase the population!
For example,i would love to see my spoiler with dual daggers :)

4th skill bar is fine, same with atri rate but no cloaks cus it's too h5 :D
and dwarf skill is festiwal sweep wich is actually pretty fine here, fits the rates tho

I don't think there's a posibility to introduce a 4th hot bar since that's from a diferent Chronicle, also it is something from the interface, not like just a skill.
