Hello, I'm a (quite) new player on this server and it's the first time I see an Elpy Invasion Event. I tried to check the conditions of this event happening by both tracking in-game and searching for information on the Internet, yet I was unable to deduce anything. Could someone tell me please, is it fully random event or does it trigger on a set basis? Also, if this kind of information is already available here, I'm sorry but I couldn't find it. (And sorry for any grammar mistakes)

GM's spawn Elpies when they desire to. There will be a time and location in a system message. They drop a bunch of vitality pots. Being new I would go there every chance you get.
