Today me and few of my friends went to gracia to kill Twins raidboss. My friend got a Final Secret book from a raidboss which he gave it to me to use it, but later on i've discovered that it is bugged. After i've pressed on the book to use it, it disappeared and also i didn't get the skill. Screenshot below to prove this situation and also it says "Final Circlet cannot be used due to unsuitable terms", not Final Secret.

Did you use the scroll while on the ship?
Yes i did, does it have an impact if i used it on the ship rather than in a normal place?
Yes it does. The ship to and from gracia/gludio airship base does not allow for you to use any items or skills of any type and succeed. Using your forgotten scroll on the ship is the reason you did not obtain its contents.
Yes but then again you could argue that i wasn't aware of that, how am i suppose to know it won't work in the ship. If it did let me press on it, it should of learnt it, otherwise it should not let me press on it or something like that.
