On the Kamael Female Soul Breaker the Rapid Attack skill doesn't work.

Rapid attack is a self buff of haste. If you're buffed from the Shiela NPC, or WC chant of blood awakening the rapid attack will not replace those. If you use it when you're unbuffed you'll see that it does work, it simply doesn't stack with other haste buffs. It's most common use is in Olympiad.
