reload offense me

haha didn't know it means that xD well offense can be in any language?how will the GM know what it means if i tell you smth in my language?

Ohwell, if people told other people they should get cancer and die etc, this seems quiet normal if you ask me ^^

If player reports it and points out on the meaning of the insult, GM can use various translating tools avilable on the internet for free use to evaluate if it really was an insult or not. 

I would go with punishment for insult + using non english in global on purpose.

Simple.

Or ignore it and let it fade out.
