Disappeared Cyrillic in Clan Notice

Hello,
today in Clan Notice disappeared display Cyrillic. 
Now instead of letters it is only a "?". For us, it is not very convenient, since my clan is made up of people from Russia and Ukraine. Is it possible to regain the ability to display text in Cyrillic?
