Dear ignis and Sekai,
We have some serious problems in-game and noone seems to know how to help or want to help
I can't log MS14 for more then a week, Chaos is stuck in Rift for 2 days now
Imagine what would happen if i had this problem with main account and couldn't log for a week?would you really expect me to stay and wait offline playing tetris until you guyz fix it?
This is just imposible to play..i can't even imagine what would happen at that time.All this work for nothing, just to leave server because Admin is never ON
At least give privileges to a new GM who can do admin-related tasks if Ignis is never ON

We don't expect demanding players to play in L2Vanir, since L2Vanir is a free server, and we don't have employers.
As far as for activity I know Ignis is not active at all, but we are trying to improve that, the main issue has been that Ignis started the server when he wasn't working at all, and now he's working, so he has so little time.
Anyway, we already have in mind ideas to work it out.

People need to remember that this server is free. It is owned by Ignis. There is no requirement to helping others. There is no disclosure requirements.
Even tho it is extremelly frustrating having a character stuck, I would suggest walking outside and looking for a female to help you work that stress out.

Thank you Sekai for ur fast answer.First of all i know this is free to play and noone force me to play here
It is your free time that is required to maintain the server but since is low rate and not a free items pvp server, the work we do on this server is huge, and seeing all that work posibly being a waste makes me angry
If it were a pvp server and i wouldn't be able to log i would just make a new acc and get all in 2 hours but here we spend months or years to get what we have so try to think from my point of wiev aswell
And Loar this year i will have engagement party, i will send you a invitation.cheers

I understand your frustation, but your problem has been fixed, maybe not as fast as you wanted, so I'm sorry for that.
I'm working on a company now, so I have less time than before, but this doesn't mean that I'm not active at all. I do less updates, it takes more time to fix things and so on.
We will try to speed up the time to fix this kind of things.
