Saving server

well old players left because of some problems we all know..and as a new player i wouldn't come either if there are like 10 ppl online,is just not worth it.Unless admin does something new to make ppl wanna join they will just come,check and leave.From my clan is just me and rau and sometimes mass and faz and we were like 20 active ppl.From 3 big clans none left to play because every time we get a new ideea the admin/gm's won't implement it.I said so many times that some farming events to be added monthly with some nice drops like dynasty/moirai sets/weapons,atribute crystals,dress me mode,color Nick, golden apiga etc.Stuff that won't interfere with the classes balance but will make new ppl to come because aesthetics are very important to some players also a benefit for new players.But i am saying and they are ignoring.Some advertise would also help but they won't do anything.The reward sites are broken and many more..I am just wasting my breath anyways

Ok, so here it is: 
 I started to play L2Vanir 2013, and i had to leave to study, when i did that  i was hoping to come back and start to play again, but when i tried that i found a dead server, i had a very nice time, i made some friends and i enjoyed playing here with them, but it was impossible, they weren´t here anymore..
 In my opinion Lineage II - Freya is the best version of l2, i don´t know, maybe NCsoft screwed it up with new skills and lots of new things that changed the game, doesnt matter..
The fact is that Lineage 2 is an old mmorpg game which is being replaced by a lot of new games, and new generations grow with them, so the people who will play l2 probably will be higher than 15 (most of them, and it is just my opinion), that means highschool, that means university, work, girlfriends, partys, it means going out with friends, indeed, it means people starting to live..  this can be summarized in two words: Little Time.
 As we all know, playing Lineage II takes a lot of time but, will people who don´t have too much free time even bother to open they notebooks and start to play a stressing game? really? nehh.. I wont say anything about the things that made people leave this server, and i think that people is actually leaving Lineage but, what if that´s the reason? have you ever looked at that? i´m one of them..
 I don´t have enough money to buy the server, but i would do some interesting things with it.
First, i would open a high rate pvp server in Sieghardt or Gustin, just a copy of Bartz, but with hgher rates x100 or even x500
Second, I´d change the whole event system, i´d like to vote for a event which could happen every hour, TvT, Last Hero, etc, and i would probably take a look at the reward system and i would give a reward to all online layers after a certain number of votes in web.
Third: I´d change the name of the server (wait, what?) yes,  if there is a way to change the name of the server and keep users accounts and items safe i would probably do that, people who played here, people who tried it and didn´t like it probably won´t try it again, so under a new name it is possible to promote it again.
Fourth: Donations; most of the people are lazy (+1) they will probably donate to save time by getting something faster, instead of farming and spoiling to farm morai items (for example), let them buy it, it is a craftable item, so it won´t make a "pay to win" server, shadow jewell,  and so on..
Fifth, obviously it will require a new promote campaign, people won´t come by they own, so the server must go to people. Do you keep the email adressses? it is a good idea too, i mean mail them and try to get them to the new era!

I apologize for any grammar mistake, i´m not an english native speaker, and I would like to see what you, players and staff, think about my crazy ideas.

We all stay because we have items and is easy to do w/e we want here even start new characters.The problem with pvp servers 500x for example is that ppl get bored of pvp,meaning they emo quit after they get killed due to lack of pvp knowledge.Gracia is indeed one of the most stable chronicles and my favorite in that matter.Starting a new server won't help much i'm afraid even tough sometimes i said it would and even proposed.The debuff/cancel system will be a disastre as it is now.Slh steal divinity 5 buffs every 30 seconds,cancell dagger do the same,hero pole is well...even worst so imagine pvp with 5 slh in party?noone will beat them as they steal and warp.That is why most pvp servers nerfed debuff so bad that is good only in OLY also they implemented buff-return system to return lost buffs after 5-10 seconds.I am also one of the oldest players but many from our clan left because various problems we all know and they won't come back even if it will start fresh.Ignis is very busy and don't have time to work on srv and w/o him we can't do much.We also need a fairplay GM who to help with bugs but not interfere more then he should(not saying keto does now)..Well my opinion is..unless they hide the truth about their identity and remake a whole new srv,ppl won't come back here no matter what they do
