Pure silver (item which you can get by mixing mats in supplier of reagant quest) is now in Quest items folder. So it cannot be traded and so on. Can u change it to inventory folder? It should work as others items for supplier of reagant.

Pure Silver has never been a tradeable item.
It has always been only a quest item that goes in quest inventory, because it is simply not part of the "Supplier of Reagents" quest, but only part of the Subclass quest "Mimir's Elixir".
Any other ingredient that is part of the regular "Supplier of Reagents" quest remains however a tradeable item (such as Lunargent or Hellfire Oil).
