Hello Richardsvilla,
There are many ways you can obtain A and S crystals in Lineage 2, The easiest is to collect seal stones from the catacombs and purchase them with ancient adena from the merchant of mammon. Another way is to purchase them from other players, more often than not, using sell and buy shops in Giran. Other things like crystalising items you no longer need that are A grade or S grade will also give you these types of crystals.

Hey Richardsvilla!
Additional to Reno's information, you'll also find that you will get many "common" gear drops as you level up. Reno mentioned crystallizing gear you no longer need - I would recomend doing the same for any and all "common" drops you don't intend to use! They are a great source of crystals :).
