I would like to know where I can find the recipe: doom plate armor 60%, does it frost iron golem, just BW pants. Also if any quest to get the recipes of Body A and some parts that are managed by spoil on the farm of rune.
P.D: now is that I can buy them, but I like craft

I am still looking to verify the doom plate recipe, but it should be a drop and spoil option from the Doom Archers in the Devastated Castle area.
For random A grade robe recipes try the Whisper of Dreams quest, this starts in Giran at Seer Manakia. You will need to complete part one before being able to recieve the recipe rewards for part 2.
For A grade helmet, boots, and glove recipes you can try the Legacy of Insolence quest at ToI. This quest starts in Aden at Warehouse Keeper Walderal.
For main armor pieces they can be found as drops or spoils in many places, some common places for these recipes are ToI, deeper into Antharas Lair, and Wall of Argos.

Additionnally to GMSterling' s usefull info, I would like to add that several raid boss also drop the Doom plate armor if you kill them with the appropriate lvls characters (within 8- lvls of the boss). I personnally got such a Doom plate armor at the time, full drop at the boss Fairy Queen Timiniel in Enchanted Valley, but I am pretty sure other bosses of around the same lvl also have a chance to drop it.
