Back to the game after 7 (!) years

Hello guys, so after 6-7 years in WOW/GW2  i wanna try to play L2 again..
i really like pvp and have doubts between few classes.

Dominator / Gladiator or the 2 Orc fightets (forgot their names)

From what i remember, 6-7 years ago, i really liked the concept of Dominator, but i got disapointed when (in the server i played)
the chance to land the debuffs was like 5-10% ?  they allmost never worked in pvp.

So..  will try to make it simple :
1) how is the debuffs works here? still low chance? (talking fully buffed and self buffs)
2) How is dominator damage and how they do in pvp?
3) how is the other classes i mentioned?
4) any other tips/suggestions?

Thanks guys,

Good night,
Sagi.

Re: Back to the game after 7 (!) years

Hello Kennytdf (Or Sagi, If you prefer),

First off, let me say "Welcome back" to the world of Lineage 2. It really is an amazing game with an incredible structure and a very complex Character/Class selection. (Which brings me to your questions).

1) All skills are currently working as they should, and if we find a skill that appears to be incorrect, We test it and fix it.
2) Each player has their own unique style of play, as "Damage" can be described in many different forms. Your own decisions in pvp can make all the difference depending on how you choose to play.
3) Each class has its own strong points and its own weak points. As i stated above, its how you choose to play your character thats makes it unique. There is no "Ultimate Class" in Lineage 2.
4) My only suggestion is that you have fun. Maybe try a few different classes and see what you like. Join a clan and maybe ask the players online about their suggestions and opinions.

I hope this information helps, and I look forward to seeing you on L2vanir.

Reno.
