Hi , i have taken the quest for divine crystals at lizardman plains but it seens tha the mini raid that is supposed to spawn there by farming mobs never show up . Been there several times and i wonder if there is something i need to know or if the spawn rate has any isue. My quest is up to the point that must kill smallo or big raid as it is supposed to be . Been there fir more than 15 hours but got no spawn .

Hello xoudaz,
As far as I know, this quest is working properly. It is possible however that something has gone wrong. I will test this quest to make sure it's working as it should. Thank you for the report.
(In case you don't know, you need to kill normal mobs until a special "guard" spawns, after you kill it you receive the item needed for the mini-raid.)

I know i have been kiling the mobs for hours and hours waiting for rb to spawn but nothing spawned .

Hello again xoudaz,
After testing this quest it is working as it should. Unfortunately, the spawn of the guard mob is random, and could take 5 minutes to spawn, or as you have seen, it takes longer. Make sure you have both the quests Take your Best Shot and Handle with Care, they work in tandem for the final reward/mini-boss.

I haven't been able to get the guard to spawn since the server restart. Can you check it to see if he is under the terrain or stuck somewhere?
I have close to six hours without a pop since the last restart. Normally three hours is the maximum time.
