Craft fails

Hi , i been playing in the server for a while . I have failed to create 10/13 vesper heavy armor parts and 6/6 weapons 3 vesper cutter 2 vesper stormer and 1 icarus triddent. My 1st thaught was that my spoiler where i keep the mats and craft the items is bugged . Then traded items to other chars to click and failed as well . How an i supposed to keep playing ? Been spiiling for the most time i am online , not fun at all .
