Update 26 Jul, misc improvements and fixes

Hello again players,

We have some minor updates, repairs, and changes for you.  They are as follows:

• Antharas now will always spawn the hard one.
• Song of Purification fixed, it no longer cancels buffs.
• Some cancellation skills were cancelling all skills when it shouldn't. They are Cure of Queen, Cure of Seraphim, Mass Warrior Bane, Mass Mage Bane, Warrior Bane and Mage Bane.
• Party creation restriction on PvP events.
• Forbidden exit button on events.
• Fixed auctioneer, now clans can auction their clan halls and it works properly with no negative time.
• Fixed event system when the event doesn't start because of lack of participants. Now the party and buffs are not removed.
• Added an option to set a step back when selecting Face Baium in Fate's Whisper quest
• Added Weapon Blockade Forgotten Scroll to donations.
• Some more minor fixes, typos and tweaks.
