How do we know that the probs/bugs we report get fixed in the end?

The last week I have report various problems & I honestly don't have idea if any of that got fixed & when, so I ask the GM's don't u think u must let us know how things going? so we find a prob/bug & we report it what happen after that? we just leave it like that & never mention it again? how we know that the prob got fixed? So I have to suggest something, when a problem fixed put [SOLVED/FIXED] w/e in front of the title of a bug thread, also u can make some new announcement post & report it there but even if u do that still I suggest to put the [SOLVED] in the title of bug threads because that's easier for every1 to see, those things u know help to gain the trust of people & if u really solve problems don't u thing every1 must know about it? that's the only way to prove to people that GM's on this server care about the server & do their best to fix everything & that there is meaning to us report all those bugs & our effort doesn't wasted.

Any repairs, changes, additions or other things of the same material are always posted in our server updates.  When Ignis restarts the server to add the new changes, he always adds a news with it.  An example is here.  Sometimes, a repair has been implented before the restart, but because we don't make a news topic for one item he will choose to wait and add it to the next.  Players are always informed about any large scale change that may be added, it's the little ones we publish all at once.

Aha.. I check the link & read what fixes has be done in the past few months, still I would like to see better geodata this is a major issue I already gave an example of how terrible geodata is in your server, cata mobs appear out of cata, some other stuck in the walls & pass through rooms, npc's float in the air (go check Iason Heine at Heine) & follow is useless inside a dungeon because the characters always stuck somewhere, also I report the Nevit's Hourglass doesn't work 10 days ago & nothing change since then & what about the d@mn stairs in Aden that suck u in like quicksand? also I suggest some nice ideas to make event's more interesting & fun for every1 Ignis said that he like my ideas I offer to help him set everything up & didn't say anything since then...

Look I'm trying to help here not to bash u although some times looks that way I understand, but I want the server to become a better place because I spent a lot of hours here & I don't want to regret it later on, also for server to have better/more fun events is something very important for me especially in a server with no much activity & PvP around, this is something u can do at anytime & have some fun so yeah can I have an update regarding events plz? r u plan to change TvT I suggest many ideas already I would like to get some update regarding that matter if possible.

Changes are being made to TvT, we are testing a new map and should have it working soon. As for the Nevitts I understand you want it fixed, but there a a few skills not working properly and they are at the top of our list. With the amount of vitality items and XP events offered on our server the Nevitts is not top priority but it will be repaired.

As for geo-data we are all aware of the issues and reminding us constantly will not suddenly give us the means to update it. I love to see active forum use, even if it is to report a bug or something we've done wrong, I don't like to see it done in an unnessasarily aggressive manner. As soon as we are able to we will purchase a better geo-data, we just are not to that point yet. We are a small community with a small staff, but nothing is ever ignored here, if you're patient with us you will see many changes.

With the amount of vitality items and XP events offered on our server the Nevitts is not top priority...

For what r u talking about? what XP events? events rarely start it's a miracle if 2-3 events start all day long & u must be loged in that specific hours that ppl decide to join & u must be in the wining team to get vitality, that's not an option when u exp low lvl chars/sub-cls or buffpets because low lvl events "never" start & I know that very well, other than that what else do we have? only to spent event apiga to buy Revita but those cost over 500 apiga we gain atm 120 apiga per day (& it was 30 before guess who complain about that & they decide to change it...) Revita sell for 30-60 millions.. & I prefer to spent those Apiga's to buy crystals it's too expensive solution to get vitality, from Nevit's Hourglass u get stadar exp boost (50% with MAX rec) that it's the same for a specific amount of time for example +50% for 2-3 hours, it's the best & cheapest solution in the game, events & Revita is not, so plz fix it because this will make mine/our life much easier.
