Does Siegable Clan Halls work on this server???

I was searching to find Recipe: Elixir of Life (S-grade) the only way to get those recipes is from siegable clan halls like:

Fortress of the Dead, Bandits Stronghold, Wild Beast Reserve, Rainbow Springs Chateau

The first thing I did was to check on Map -> World Info. -> Clan Hall Info

& there was nowhere info about which clan have those clan halls, so I guess they r bugged on this server & doesn't work? & if that's the case can the GMs tell me from where we will get Life Elixir S recipes ???

Devastated Castle, Foretress of Resistance, and Bandits Stronghold are all working.

So those clan halls work but why we can't see in the "Clan Hall Info" which clan own this clan halls? this must be vissible in the same place we check who own the auctionable clan halls.
