You need to go to your account and click send donation credits to the game account you want the points.

i have the same problem. i send the points from my account on my player but ingame point dont apear . i try to npc colin, lina, handy, nothing......where I'm wrong?

You need to talk with "Colin" and click "Check donation".

You sent the donation points to an account you don't have any character created yet. I will send you a private message in forums.
