One Nuker from my clan succeed on geting this Augment on his Vesper Buster & he make a test to see if there is some noticable difference he hit 100 times with the wpn that have the WM Passive Augment on it & 100 times with his old Icarus Spirit wpn, the final result as he told me was that he crit 10 times with each wpn so something doesn't sound right here, did that Augment work right? also can u tell me how much % chance WM Passive Augment adds to a player to magic crit?

You can't compare chances like that. It gives You approximate chance, but its still not exacly accurate chance. Passives are not giving much % more. He was even lucky, becouse (if You know statistics) You could get even less crits with WM. This is common mistake for people who don't understand probability.
