Already in an instance can not enter another

I have a question.  If I do Tiat then go and try to do Zaken, why does it say I am already in an instance?  I believe the game has a timer on every instance and I have to wait for the long Tiat timer to expire?

Is there a fast way around this?  I tried relogging and I still can not enter Zaken.
