server lag (too much)

Dear support,

can you please have a look at these terrible lags we all have in last 3-4 days ?
It's the server, not just the internet connection or pc. All users lag, regardless of age, race, religion xDD

I am having 12 second delays. I can deal with 2-3 but not 12.

We are aware of this problem: http://www.l2vanir.com/news/recent-lag-issues

Besides this, reforms and modernizations are being made in our datacenter these days, so the huge lag lately (last 3-4 days) is probably because that. The reforms are not done yet.
