what you mean fulll buffed, sheila buffer buff + your support buff or only sheila buff? It's normal if you are non attributed and his skills full enchanted.
offtopic: wtf with vesper? Are they has costum staff in here or what? As i know vesper sucks, maybe in h5 valuable.
