3rd class transfer quest and 3 rd Pailaka quest

Hi everybody,
I tried today past the 3rd Pailaka quest. After i accept the quest pailaka weapon doesnt came and in the and there wasnt dragon.
Now I trying to pass 3 rd class transfer quest,but I stuck in the 3 rd tablet of vision.I spoke with tablet,momster Hallate dancer Lilith show,but after I killed her,nothing happened and when I spoke with the tablet its summon the same monster again. Can you please check what is the problem???

are you making quest for 3rd transfer? just go to classmenager in each town to change class it cost only 3kk
