Its the 5th time we entered in the 4s instance and mobs stuck inside the walls and cannot pass the doors. I mean its 5 hours wasted for this.

We are aware of this bug, we are trying to fix it as soon as possible.
Until then, please send a PM to me with the character name and the goblet they're missing, and these characters will be able to get that item in Giran's Event Reward NPC.
