7s quest bug

I tried to egt them to fix the 7 signs geodata problem.  They keep telling me there are no bugs.  Every single grate in the 7 signs dungeons I get stuck.  I was able to wiggle through with the arrows keys but it took like an extra 30 minutes.

I always stay off the open holes in the floor when entering and leaving a room. When doing the part where u must use the skill hide don't use hide just run down till you get caught then it will port u to the last room. Then use hide to get pass them.

My problem is the seven sings Girl of doubt ... quest starts in Aden in Wood ... but do not have the option in the quest NPC.
