we are still waiting for an answer! be at least so kind as to read the topic and give us at least a FU, so that we know what's going on and that our case is taken serious.

Please kindly give us a REPLY or tell us something.....it has been almost 3 WEEKS. The only GM that gave us the reply was only sterling....im really happy that sterling is kind to give us a response....but can we at least know the progress and at least what is suppose to be done??

I guess we'll just have to try it again, they probably have no way of verifying what is happening, unless we go in again, and let them see what happens.
Then we need an answer and an appointment when we go and there will be somebody from the staff there too ...
but it seems like staff doesnt always seems to be on....
and i certainly do belive we provided enough screenshot to show that we were there at antharas...

Forum shows he was on 2 days and 21 hrs ago, and this has been an issue for 3 weeks ??? wake up and smell the coffee folks.
I have to agree with Disney, seems that no one gives a F about server working properly

What does Earning it, has to do with a bug, which prevented us from killing it first two times? This is really odd, conspiracy theory is taking place already here...
