For your first Bloody Fabric go to the 7th floor of TOI. For the 10 Bloody Fabric go to the 10th floor and kill angels.

What if someone chose "I want to mee the Emperor" or something like that? Is it impossible to get a bloody fabric then? Or you can get only one?
