Basic equipment shop up to S

Where can i find that shop? In luxury shop at giran there are only low B grade equipment.
Are higher grade sold in shop somewhere?

There is a GM shop in the center of Giran called the Vanir Shop. In this shop you can buy A and normal S grade.
