Why is the succes rate of healing of this skill so low? Is it nerfed in this server???

Hello judgemental,
No skills have been edited or "nerfed" on this server at all. What level is the skill you are using? The healing power will increase as the skill levels up.

im using the max level of the skill but it's not the healing power im talking about, the skill descripcion is that it will heal by a certain rate... but that rate is really low. It is supose to heal a lot when you are hitted by many many mobs but this doesnt hapend, the heal rate is really low and this skill doesn work like that... that's why i am asking here if it had been lowered of anything. Maybe u can test it? to see what im talking about.

After testing this skill, i can tell you that it works exactly as it should. The rate of which this skill activates exactly how it should be.
