Ignis ... as far as i remember Blessed Scrolls had 75% chance of success and normal scrolls had 65% chance .... why you changed them to 66% ... its kinda unfair to new ppl cuz many of the old people ( me too ) has armors +9/10/11/12 .... I suggest you return the old success rates as before so everything will be even for old and new players. I know by making them 66% chance you try to keep it more like retail .... but i think you got my point.

Well I want to put it like retail, it was a mistake put it at 75%.
Keep it at 66% will be unfair for new people, put it back at 75% will be too op after a long time.
I thought to put it 1 month at 72%, then 1 more month at 69% and finally at 66%. But with this only old ppl will notice less the change and will give a second chance to old users to continue farming the raid bosses to get scrolls, so I think there is no point doing that.

I agree that it may seem a little unfair at first, but my opinion is that 66% success is the best choice. Yes, it will be a little harder for people to get to the same level, and yes for a while some people will have an advantage. L2Vanir has always tried to be a retail like server, that's why so many of us chose to play here. Everyday we are growing little by little and the team here is working very hard to make this an enjoyable and popular server. By leaving this at 75% all we would be doing is making it easier for the people who are already ahead to stay ahead.
As always, this decision isn't set in stone. We welcome the ideas and opinions of others to try to make the best choice possible for our server. I love it here, and I hope you all do, too!

I can understand both sides of this discussion, In my opinion I believe the scrolls should be kept as they are currently. (At 66% chance of success).
As stated above, L2Vanir tries to stay as close to retail as possible and keeping the server as balanced as possible is one thing we will always try to achieve.
