Is there any possibility to allow /block to work in alliance or clan?

This works as it did in retail and will remain the same on L2Vanir.

/block was designed to block players from sending you PMs, when a player sends you a PM it gets a message that you are blocking PMs. If we block all messages (ally/clan/global/normal chats) we can't send this feedback message and is also a very strange behavior.

We are not doing any change at this.
