When you unsummon a servitor, it loses its buffs. I think this is a desanvantage for summoners because if your L2client accidentaly crashes or you must log out for a moment, then you can't go on farming after :(
My suggestion is that summons (at least Summoner summons) keep buffs after unsummoning.
