This is not a bug and doesn't need fixing, the crafting systems works as it should. It's all a matter of chance and percentages, I personally do not find six fails that strange. If you ask around people have had worse or better luck, because that's all it is.

Have to agree with the GM , Ive seen clanmates and others try up to 10 times to try and craft various weapons and armor in both retail and on many private servers. It all comes down to the luck of the draw. On the flip side Ive seen people craft 3 weapons in a row.. I know it sucks because of the amount of farming it takes to get all materials but thats part of the annoying part of the grind of L2.
