bug disconnect

i have a problem with 2 characters... when i login .. i choose the character... and when i enter the game .. it shows me .. "disconnected" .... names of characters are : " Gynna" and "Ninuka".... if there are any missunderstandings pls reply and i give you more info.... Thank You !

I have a problem with my character... when i choose the character and when I enter the game it shows me ``Desconnect Serve´´. name of my character `` EiyuuZ ´´ . Please help me with this problem.

I have a problem with my 2 charter.........when i enter the game is shows me "you have been disconnet the server login again" my chars names Heinam y Jor8

You have to walk away from your computer for about 5 minutes then try again. Sometimes you need to restart your computer.

I have a problem with 3 characters when I enter the server disconnects as soon as I enter
the characters are Gunzevilpro, Herosnkyz, Drakarius porfas if you can help me thanks
