Bugged sub skill.

I made a warrior sub to take the general crit. passive, but while I was at it I decided to test the warrior haste skill.  I'm an archer, and the skill description specifically says it doesn't work with a bow.  However, it does.  As an archer, this skill isn't really needed, but I'd hate to be pvping someone, like a tank, and have them pull out a bow and them get the haste boost.  On retail, bows do not proc warrior haste.  Can you fix this?
