Are these sold by any vendor? I only found a single private shop selling these. With the cheap weaps & SSC provided at npc shops, there's a serious lack of these crystals.

they are not being sold in any greceries, as you have to make them on your own else you can purchase it from other players

I thought so. The issue with this is that there's absolutely no market for C-Grade items and consequently, barely any c-grade crystals.
