I would like to report my observation about certification skills. In my opinion these are bugs. I have tried to find perfect combination of certification skills for my class and I tried different things. As it appears boost HP cert skill, obtainable from the Knight subclass gives 3% life more, when official sources suggest that Boost HP should increase HP by 6%. Another thing is trigger skill Critical chance which should increase critical rate by 30%. However, here it increases critical rate by 30, not 30%. Boost CP, Trigger UD, Celestial, Trigger Haste work as intended, I dont know about other certification skills. Anyone have similar issues with certification skills not mentioned here?
