My friend cannot activate his account. Even though he has completed the account creation, he doesn't receive the verification email to activate it. Any help?

My friend cannot activate his account. Even though he has completed the account creation, he doesn't receive the verification email to activate it. Any help?
This has been resolved this morning, your friend now will be able to recive mails from the mailing server.
