deatmatch & killjoy buffs & debuffs

Is it possible to fix Deatmatch & tvt killjoy events debuff remaining? During those events some ppl cast debuff+noble on rivals to keep debuffs on them after death. Its pain in the ass with long duration debuffs. Also it would be nice to fix Overlords buffs, to not buff opponents if they are from his ally.
