the trigger buff "patience" which adds 20% p.atk with trigger does not work.

It's working as it should, it's the skill description that is wrong. It adds 20% p.attack to skills.

By myself i honestly dont see any difference in tribunal skill dmg with and without patience... but whatever

Ffs... This skill triggered gives p attack TO SKILL, not to your statistics.
When u use tribunal normally dmg = (p atck + skill power) divided by p def*constans.
While patience is triggered dmg = (p atck + skill power*1,2) divided by p def*constans.
Its simplified ofc

65lvl 5451hp.... god damn what's wrong with my TK xD i've got 4.9k hp on lvl 85... also you can see the difference in skill p.atk only when you're on transform, as tribunal actually makes no dmg anyway

Skill descriptions are always kinda funky. Koreans translating Korean in to English. Heck of a feat for Koreans.
