EXP Rate be Lowered.

I know it sounds like Madness, but often people forget that there is a % bonus to EXP in Lineage II, been so for quite a long time, during your first hours of playing per day.  For people who only play for a few hours, this pretty much can turn the 10x EXP rate on Lineage II into 30x. 

Which sadly means they level up dramatically quicker than if it was just a 10x EXP server. 

I mean even though its just 10x I'm already past level 40, which is pretty fast considering the fact I barely played so far. 

My main disapointment with this being, is well you level much faster than the server indicates, but at the same time loot/drops/adena are down tot he level of a 10x rate, but with 30x exp for those who only play maybe an hour at a time.  It kind sucks really.

I noticed the XP is faster as well however this is only because of lvl 4 Vitatlity. When this goes to 0 its not that fast to lvl. I to only played 2-3 hours yesterday and got past lvl 40. Also it doesn't matter if people play for 2 hours a day or 10 hours a day. The more you play the further you will get I don't understand what you are trying to say with the xp rate of 30x?

The xp rate is fair at the moment. But as you know L2 has always been about farming. You get to 80 then just farm to get your gears etc. There was never a time where XP / Adena / Gear all grew at the same time.

In saying that what I would love to see is XP decrease over time. So you start at 10 and then it drops to say 8 around lvl 40 then 6 at lvl 50 and 4 at lvl 60 and so on.

I'd much rather see Vitality removed.  I pretty much lost the joy of low level.   I personally dislike A Grade and Higher, and the closer I get to it the sadder I will feel I think.

This is a low rate server definitely compared to most, people shouldn't be getting anywhere near level 80.  I shouldn't get to level 40 in less than one week.  Last low rate I played was 5x before Vitality ever existed, took me about a month to get to 40, and I enjoyed almost every moment of it. 

This was just too fast, insanely too fast.  I got to 20, finally got to see the world and about 3 days later I was already level 40 and I was quite sad.   

I can see 54 for B grade just come around the corner almost as fast.   There is no time to enjoy the lower levels, enjoy the regions/areas you farm in. lol

L2Vanir is a 10x server, was opened as a 10x server, and has always been advertised as a 10x server. The vitality system is part of Freya and earlier updates, we can't just remove it. Also if we did, we would see a lot of players leaving the server. I think wanting the rates lowered here is out of the norm, we usually get requests for more vitality items and more XP events.

If you only have a small amount of time to play and don't want to level quickly, be sure to not use the Nevitts Blessing system. Also, if you want your vitality to increase at a slower rate when you are logged out, log your character out in a hunting zone. Characters logged out in towns gain vitality at a faster rate. You can also hunt in zones with 1x HP mobs or even 1/2 HP mobs, this way you will get less XP than leveling in a catacomb for example.

On x4 gracia final server i got lvl 40 in about 1 day, so i don't know what you are talking aboutr. On the high end chronicles even with xp rate at 1x, it wouldn't take you a month to get to lvl 40. What you said sounds impossible. If you want this level of hardcore grinding, then play a lowrate c1-c4 server. + to top it all off, i wouldn't even consider x10 lowrate. It's totally midrate and there is ton of stuff to do besides leveling.
