No its not instanced here! Right now on Vanir its like that : Clan kills it and noone else can kill it and it respawns after 2.5 days. And according to lineage2.com which is the official website the Freya patch changes Frintezza to instance and everyone can kill it like Zaken/Freya and respawns- 6:30 a.m. Central Time (USA) Every Wednesday and Saturday ... so yeah its not right :P

AHHHH! Tezza is an instance (no one can attack Tezza when you are attacking Tezza). But you are talking about it not being a global cooldown and a personal cooldown like Zaken. I understand now.

Right now tezza is not an instance ... its just remote location ... if it was instance when you kill it and type /instancezone you will have cooldown on it .. and you dont .. so its not instance .. its jut remote location and noone can teleport there while its dead/another party is inside ...

You're confusing instance with the instancezone/penalty (cooldown)...
Frintezza uses an instance, yes, but it is a raid boss which can be only killed by ONE group every 2.5 days or in other words is not farm-able like Freya/Zaken/Twins/CoD/Pailaka/Tiat/etc until High Five which it becomes a Raid Boss that everyone can kill after every instance restart.
In other words, an instanced boss is a boss that is located inside an instance (with usually cut scenes and that "120 minutes remaining" timers). THAT means instanced.
On the other hand we have bosses that have a cooldown and bosses that doesn't have a cooldown which you can kill them whenever they are up.
Bosses that use an instance: Twins, Freya, Frintezza and I believe Antharas uses an instance aswell.
Bosses that doesn't: Hekaton Prime, Hallate, Kernon...
Cooldown or penalty which is resetted every X hours: Freya, Tiat, CoD, Pailaka, Tiat...
Without cooldown or penalty (/instancezone): Baium, Frintezza, Hekaton Prime, Antharas, Valakas...
But well the important thing is that Frintezza in Freya Chronicle is a boss who can be killed every 2.5 days without an instancezone cooldown. I guess the website there is wrong. Because until High Five Frintezza remains like this.
